Centralia Recreation Complex

Fitness Programs
The Centralia Recreation has a complete fitness room with
trained instructors. We offer
adult, evening fitness classes, cardio workout classes and
appointments are available with a personal fitness trainer.
Coach Carpenter and the Complex do ask that any person wishing
to
take this class that is under a physicians care bring a
release from their doctor. Fess are listed on the Fess
& Rates Page.

| Pilates is designed to stretch and strengthen muscles
without putting stress on joints and ligaments. This
class will concentrate on the original Pilates mat
exercises and will also include the use of the exercise
ball. |

Youth fitness program is designed to help youth stay fit
or become fit. With youth in mind this class will teach
good physical fitness, proper use of equipment, nutrition,
and more. Must have at least 10 participants. Call or contact
us to be placed on a list. |
