offers several swim lesson programs. We offer swim lessons and Adult Swim Lessons. The adult classes are offered when we
have enough participants interested in taking the class.

Swim Lessons
This class is to assist adults
in refining their strokes or becoming more comfortable
in the water.
This class is offered
when we have enough participants interested
in taking the class.

NOTE:
DURING SWIM LESSON TIMES:
- Waterslide is not turned
on during Swim Lessons.
- Swimmers 10 & Under must be
accompanied by an adult.
- No food or drink in pool area
- No cutoff shorts allowed in pool.
No buttons or snaps on water slide.
- Only 1 lap lane is available for
the public during swim team practice.

Aqua Arthritis
- (Tuesday & Thursday 11:00 A.M. - 12:00
Noon) The
Recreation Complex is proud to offer this program. Program
participants are led by trained personnel through
a series of specially designed exercises. It is not necessary
to know how to swim or even get your hair wet to attend this
class.
(Fees)
May be paid daily or you
may also purchase a monthly pass and have complete use of
the facility, as well as attend the Aqua Arthritis class for
no additional fee.
Water
Aerobics - Mon, Wed, Fri (Slower paced water
workout, Monday-Friday 8:00 - 9:00 A.M.) (Intermediate
class 10:00 - 11:00) A variety of water exercise
and aquatic fitness classes are offered
at the
Centralia Recreation
Complex.
These classes are ongoing
and do not require pre-registration. These programs are free
to passholders and non-passholders may participate by paying
an entrance fee into the complex.
